The SK-PHOTO-T-W is an addressable combination photoelectric-thermal detector for the Silent Knight SK protocol SLC. The photoelectric element provides early detection of slow-smoldering fires; the fixed-temperature thermal element adds a secondary trigger for fast-flaming events. Both alarm conditions are reported independently to 5820XL and 6500 series fire alarm control panels (a Honeywell brand). Combination detectors are commonly specified in applications requiring dual-technology confirmation before initiating suppression systems.
