The Macurco CM-12 addresses facilities where both carbon monoxide buildup from combustion equipment and methane accumulation from gas piping require independent monitoring. Typical applications include parking garages with natural gas heating, enclosed loading docks, and commercial kitchen mechanical rooms. The 4-20 mA output allows the CM-12 to feed directly to a BMS or VFD for proportional ventilation control, while the relay outputs handle alarm and fan shutdown functions. Field calibration kits are available separately.
