The ECC-CE4 is a four-zone audio control expander module for the Fire-Lite ECC Emergency Command Center platform. Emergency voice systems in large or multi-story buildings typically divide the building into audio zones — allowing operators to issue floor-specific or wing-specific evacuation messages rather than building-wide alerts. Each ECC-CE4 adds four zone outputs to the ECC chassis, extending the system's ability to drive independent speaker circuits to discrete building areas. Module count is determined during system design based on occupancy zoning requirements and NFPA 72 Chapter 24 provisions.
