The SK-HEAT-W is an addressable fixed-temperature heat detector for Silent Knight SK protocol Signaling Line Circuits. Designed for areas where smoke detectors are inappropriate — such as commercial kitchens, boiler rooms, or dusty environments — it connects directly to the SLC of the 5820XL or 6500 series fire alarm control panels (a Honeywell brand). Each device occupies one of up to 792 addressable points on the loop.
