The Gamewell-FCI MS-7S is a single-action manual pull station for conventional fire alarm control panels. A direct pull on the handle activates the station, no cover lift required. The station ships with wire leads rather than screw terminals.

The station is ADA-compliant, 5-lb maximum pull force, with operating instructions and Braille engraved into the handle. The key lock and reset are keyed alike with all Gamewell-FCI pull stations and control panels (Cat 60 key).

Single-action versus double-action, when each fits

Single-action stations suit lower-traffic occupancies where casual-pull risk is small. AHJ jurisdictions and building codes often require double-action in schools, public lobbies, and high-traffic public spaces, for those, specify the MS-7 (double-action with screw terminals) instead. Local code overrides.

Wire leads versus screw terminals

The MS-7S ships with factory wire leads from the contacts, rather than a screw-terminal block. This shortens installation time in conduit-and-wirenut workflows and avoids the extra step of stripping conductors to fit terminal screws. For screw-terminal connections, see MS-7 (double-action), the family does not offer a single-action with screw terminals on conventional loops.

For conventional panels only, not addressable

The MS-7S wires to conventional zone circuits. It does not address on a Velociti SLC. For addressable installations on E3 Series or S3 Series panels, specify MS-7ASF (single-action addressable) instead.
