Code-driven documentation cabinet, 2013 edition

The GW-SRD is the code-compliance documentation cabinet required by NFPA 72 (2013 edition, Section 7.7.2.1) for new fire alarm installations. The 2013 code requires a documentation cabinet at the system control unit, physical location where on-site records of software, firmware, configuration, and as-built drawings live for inspector and technician access.

The cabinet includes a 4 GB USB flash drive mounted inside for digital records, system software backups, configuration files, building drawings, equipment manuals. Two key-ring hooks plus a business card holder for service-technician key management. Sized for paper records: as-built drawings, AHJ approval letters, periodic inspection and test reports.
