The Gamewell-FCI GF510 is the ten-zone conventional fire alarm control panel from the Flex Series. It combines fire signaling, a built-in Digital Alarm Communicator/Transmitter (DACT), and a 7-amp FLPS-7 power supply in one factory-built enclosure. The panel targets medium-sized commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings that do not need addressable detection but require multi-zone IDC coverage with reliable central-station reporting.

Ten Initiating Device Circuits operate programmable Class B (Style B). Each IDC accepts conventional 2-wire smoke detectors, 4-wire smokes, pull stations (MS-7 / MS-7S), waterflow switches, tamper switches, heat detectors, and normally-open contact devices. System Sensor i3 series detectors with drift compensation, maintenance alert, and freeze warning are explicitly supported per Compatibility Document P/N 52195.

Outputs: 4 NACs + 3 Form-C relays

Four Notification Appliance Circuits operate Class B (Style Y), power-limited. Programmable per NAC for ADA-compliant strobe sync, selective silence, temporal vs steady pattern, silenceable vs non-silenceable, auto-silence, and silence inhibit. Strobe sync supports System Sensor, Cooper-Wheelock, and Gentex appliances. Three Form-C relays factory pre-set as Alarm / Trouble / Supervisory, programmable to other functions.

Class A conversion via CAC-5X

The optional CAC-5X module converts Class B IDCs to Class A (Style D) and Class B NACs to Class A (Style Z). For the GF510 ten-zone configuration, two CAC-5X modules are required to convert all ten IDCs plus the four NACs.

Display, programming, and history

80-character backlit LCD display with 25-key membrane keypad. Two password-protected programming levels, no external software required, programming is performed at the front panel. 256-event history log retained across power cycles.

Power and battery

120 VAC 60 Hz input, 3.8 A supervised non-power-limited. Battery charger: 27.6 VDC at 1.4 A max, 26 Ah max capacity (two 18 Ah batteries fit inside the FACP enclosure). Built-in FLPS-7 7.0 A power supply. Optional 4XTMF transmitter module for municipal box service plus reverse polarity. ANN-BUS 4-conductor circuit supports remote annunciators, printer interface, LED driver, and relay module.
