The Gamewell-FCI AMM-2RIF is a Velociti® Series hybrid module that combines two monitor inputs and two Form-C relay outputs in a single housing. It is designed for integrations where a panel needs to read a status contact AND drive a control output from the same physical location, smoke and fire dampers, HVAC fan interfaces, security door interlocks, smoke-control fan switching.

Each circuit (2 inputs + 2 outputs) occupies its own SLC address, up to 4 sequential addresses by default. A DIP switch matrix lets up to two unused addresses be disabled, freeing them for other devices on the loop. Each circuit has its own status LED, unique to this module; most AMM/AOM modules carry a single status LED.

Why a hybrid module instead of separate AMM-2IF + AOM-2RF

Combining monitor inputs and relay outputs in one module saves SLC addresses (when DIP-disabled), saves panel real-estate, and consolidates wiring at the device location. The typical alternative, a separate AMM-2IF (dual monitor) plus AOM-2RF (dual relay), uses two physical housings and two device locations. For damper control with damper-end position feedback, or for HVAC interface that needs both status read and fan command, AMM-2RIF is the cleanest single-point install.
