High-temperature heat detectors are specified for areas where ambient temperatures regularly exceed the range suitable for standard fixed-temperature or rate-of-rise devices — such as commercial cooking areas, industrial boiler rooms, or attic spaces in hot climates. The H365HT activates at 190°F (88°C) and uses the same interchangeable base system as the H365 and H365R, allowing the head to be swapped without disturbing existing SLC wiring. It communicates with compatible Fire-Lite addressable panels using LiteSpeed or CLIP protocols.
