The CAC-5X is a control annunciator card used with Fire-Lite MS-5UD and MS-10UD panels to provide remote control and status display capability at a secondary location. Annunciator cards of this type allow building managers or security personnel to acknowledge alarms, silence signals, or view system status at a location remote from the main panel room. The card connects to the FACP via a dedicated annunciator communication circuit and must be configured for the specific panel address scheme. A compatible power supply meeting NFPA 72 power continuity requirements must feed the annunciator installation.
